Bellyllie operates this website and store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”), to provide you with freshly prepared food and related offerings.

By accessing, browsing, or placing an order through our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

All products sold by Bellyllie are freshly prepared food items unless otherwise stated.

We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions, images, and ingredients. However:

Product appearance may vary due to preparation, seasonal ingredients, or device display differences
Food images are for illustration purposes only

Taste preferences are subjective, and we do not guarantee that products will meet individual expectations.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Bellyllie reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Orders are considered accepted only after payment is successfully processed and confirmation is issued.
Once preparation has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

Please review your order carefully before submission, as we are unable to accommodate changes due to incorrect selections made by customers.

All orders are subject to our Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 – PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without prior notice.

Prices may differ between:

Online orders
In-store purchases
Third-party delivery platforms

You agree to provide valid and authorized payment information and authorize us to charge the full amount for your order, including applicable taxes and delivery fees.

SECTION 5 – DELIVERY & PICKUP

Delivery and pickup times provided are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Bellyllie is not responsible for delays caused by:

Third-party delivery platforms
Riders or couriers
Traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances

For orders placed via third-party platforms (e.g. GrabFood), delivery issues must be resolved directly with the platform.

SECTION 6 – NO RETURNS ON PERISHABLE GOODS

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for food items.

Issues related to damaged, incorrect, or missing orders are handled strictly in accordance with our Refund Policy.

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our Services, including text, images, logos, branding, and designs, is owned by Bellyllie or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

Our Services may include links or integrations with third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services.

Your interactions with third-party platforms are at your own risk.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Shopify provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.

All sales are made directly with Bellyllie. Shopify is not responsible for transactions, disputes, or issues related to your orders.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy.
By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in those policies.

SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK
