Because our products are freshly prepared food, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been prepared or delivered.
Damages, Issues, or Incorrect Orders
- Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If your order: Arrives damaged, incorrect or has missing items.

Clear photo(s) showing the issue, once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, at our discretion. Claims submitted outside this time frame may not be accepted.
Perishable Goods
- All items sold are perishable goods (food products) and are non-returnable by nature.
- We cannot accept returns or refunds for: Change of mind, taste preferences, orders placed incorrectly by the customer
Delivery Orders via Third-Party Platforms
For orders placed through third-party delivery services (such as GrabFood), all delivery-related issues, including delays, refunds, or rider handling, must be resolved directly with the respective platform, as they manage payment and delivery logistics.
Cancellations
- Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once preparation has begun.
- Pre-orders may be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
